Some great football this past weekend, yes???  We got many responses regarding our Super Bowl Party Basket Drawing.  Turns out it's the Pats vs. the Giants on Feb 5th in Indianapolis!!  Congratulations to Dr. Jonathan Shinay from Scarborough Dental Associates, Becki from Windham Dental Associates, and Courtney from Dr. Brian Breslin's office in Kittery.  I'll be dropping off your basket of game-time munchies before the big game!  Gift cards will also be mailed to the runners-up...Jess at Dr. Elston's, Thea at Dunstan Dental, and Michelle & Diane over at Dr. William Montgomery's office.   Can't wait for the big game!  Enjoy!!

• We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and that the family we adopted through the Salvation Army enjoyed all of the gifts we chose for them!  We really enjoy helping out the local community every year, and look forward to next year!!

• Speaking of next year, we wish everyone All the Best in 2012!!! CHEERS!!!

Dr. Benzing met with some of our friends and referrals at the UNE campus in early November, to get them up-to-date with recent changes in CPR, and to recertify them.  Though the changes were many, the atmosphere was relaxed and informative. Dr. Benzing's sense of wit takes something that could be boring and changes it into something fun!!

The SMOMS Team was thrilled to welcome Dr. Donald Somerville to the Portland Campus of UNE in early November, to discuss "Restoring Implants with Confidence and Simplicity."  Many thanks to all who joined us, and thank you for the awesome feedback we've received  from those in attendance.  We look forward to welcoming more speakers to this venue in the future.

Not to rush the holidays or anything, but some of the SMOMS Team got together at the middle of November to learn how to make one of our favorites...A Christmas Kissing Ball!  Here you see, starting on the left, one of our Clinical Assistants, Missy, one of our Financial Coordinators, Angela, our Business Manager, Kitty, and me, your PRC, Suzanne.  I know, it seems too early to say it, but you know they are coming, so

"Happy Holidays!!!"

• Back in September, several members of the SMOMS family gathered to Strutt Our Mutts on Mother's Beach in Kennebunkport.  It was a beautiful day, and we raised almost $400 to benefit the Animal Welfare Society.  Can't wait for next year's event!!

• I'd also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Betsy over at Dr. Ted Morgan and Dr. Amanda Rockwood's office in Gorham.  She was the first one to know that I was standing at Richardson's Boat Yard on the White's Bridge Road in Standish!
